Rad Tech / X-Ray Tech - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you'll be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology (JRCERT preferred).
• Registered by the ARRT or registry eligible.
• Current license to practice Radiologic Technology in Massachusetts.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience performing general radiographic procedures in a hospital or urgent care environment. (Client requires prior experience in radiology settings.)
• Ability to obtain and review pertinent patient history and prepare patients for imaging procedures.
• Experience with patient positioning, radiation safety protocols, and image labeling/record keeping.
• Ability to assist with special procedures and support physicians during imaging exams.
• Preferred: 2 years of Radiologic Technologist experience.

• Facility type: Hospital (Urgent Care Center setting).
• Shift: Days.
• Shift hours: 0800-1600.
• Schedule: 5x8.
• Standard hours per week: 33.
• Assignment duration: 13 Week travel assignment.
• Candidate must comply with Massachusetts state licensure and credentialing requirements.
