This full-time, contract position supports learners at both preschool and middle school campuses, focusing on providing high-quality speech therapy during a leave of absence. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active California SLP license (required)
• Experience in school-based speech services preferred
• Passion for working with preschool and middle-school students
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy for students on assigned caseloads at preschool and middle school levels
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Maintain detailed records and document student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff and families
• Provide guidance and support for teachers and caregivers on speech-language development
• Adapt to the evolving needs of the school community throughout the contract period
