For nearly years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Create and implement individualized treatment plan for patients in a timely manner. Treatment plan is consistent with the needs indicated in psycho-social history and appropriate assessments. Facilitate group therapy in a manner that optimizes peer experiences and input. Qualifications Therapist Job Requirements: Masters degree in counseling related. Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW) Fingerprint Clearance Card Completion of BLS and First Aid Certification, within days of employment.
