The Opportunity

We are looking for hungry, self-motivated, and high-energy Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our "Street Team." This is a 100% commission-based role , meaning there is no ceiling on your earnings. If you can communicate the value of a clean home and aren't afraid to knock on doors, you can earn a significant income while helping neighbors solve a problem they didn't know they could outsource.

What You’ll Be Selling

You will be offering residential cleaning packages that practically sell themselves once neighbors see the StinkeBins truck in action:

• Monthly Service: $24.95 (Up to 2 bins)
• Quarterly Service (Every 12 Weeks): $39.95 (Up to 2 bins)
• On-Demand Cleaning: $59.95
• Pressure Washing Services: (Add-on opportunities)

Responsibilities

• Canvassing: Walk assigned neighborhoods in DuPage County to engage homeowners.
• Lead Generation: Identify homes with visible bin issues and educate owners on the health risks of bacteria and mold buildup.
• Closing: Sign up new customers for recurring service plans (Monthly or Quarterly) using our mobile portal.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent StinkeBins with professionalism, energy, and a "neighbor-first" attitude.
• Tracking: Maintain a simple log of doors knocked and sales closed.

Requirements

• Resilience: You aren't discouraged by a "No." You understand that sales is a numbers game.
• Communication: Ability to speak confidently with strangers and clearly explain the benefits of our 190-degree steam cleaning process.
• Mobility: Ability to walk for 4–6 hours a day in various weather conditions.
• Reliability: Must have your own transportation to get to various neighborhoods within our service area.
• Professionalism: Must be clean-cut and respectful of homeowners' property.

Pay Weekly:

One Time Service :

• 1-5 sign-ups per week = $15 per customer
• 6-10 sign-ups per week = $20 per customer
• 11-15 sign-ups per week = $25 per customer
• 16+ sign-ups per week = $30 per customer
• Hit 20 sign-ups per week and an additional $500

Subscription Services: Monthly or Quarterly

• 1 to 5 sign-ups sign-ups per week = $20 per customer
• 6-10 sign-ups per week = $25 per customer
• 11-15 sign-ups per week = $30 per customer
• 16+ sign-ups per week = $35 per customer
• Hit 20 sign-ups per week and an addition $750
