The combination of these two areas offers one of the most dynamic and resilient mega-markets in the United States, and a key growth geography for Steelcase.  The RSM will collaborate closely with our dealer partners, Steelcase sales teams, vertical marketcategoriesand Steelcase senior leaders to drive profitable growth and gain Steelcase Inc. market sharein theMid-Atlanticregion.Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications-Demonstrated formal or informal leadership experience in a team-based sales environment-Experience selling through and aligning with distribution-Proven success selling into A&D in a specification driven sales role or as a team leader-Ability to build and execute end-userfocusednew business development strategies in a market-Located or willing torelocatein the Washington DC area-Minimum 7-10 years of relevant salesor leadershipexperiencePreferred Qualifications-Prior management experience.
