We are currently seeking a Medical Records.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collect, file, and manage resident medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in EMR systems.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Perform audits and generate reports on medical record quality and compliance.
• Support other departments with required medical documentation.
• Ensure records remain HIPAA-compliant and up-to-date.
