Tripod Partners are seeking an experienced L&D RN to join a community-focused hospital delivering approximately 850–900 babies annually (75/month) with a 5-bed Labor & Delivery unit and 10-bed Postpartum unit. The RN provides comprehensive maternal-newborn care, including patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, emergency response, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities include monitoring and responding to changes in patient condition, administering prescribed treatments, operating specialized equipment, documenting care, coordinating discharge planning, and providing leadership and oversight to support staff while maintaining a safe, patient-centered environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Current Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License
BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs
