The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role that includes coaching, developing, and holding a 15+ sales team accountable to meaningful performance metrics while also helping shape what this market looks like long-term. This is the kind of role where your fingerprints end up on the business.

What You'll Own

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a growing team of in-home sales reps
• Drive performance across key KPIs
• Expand the team as the market scales
