The professional nurse assumes the responsibility and accountability for the delegation of patient care to other members of the health care team./ph2Qualifications/h2ulliEducation: NJ State RN license Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and/or BSN./liliExperience: 1-2 years experience in an Operating Room, ideally with some supervisor experience/liliSkills: Possess excellent problem-solving, mentorship, time management, and priority-setting skills. Be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization./li/ulpOn-Call requirement, as needed.
