Seasonal positions can fill quickly as we prepare for our busy season.Shift Options & Pay1st Shift Monday–Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM $20.75/hour*Overtime possible on Friday and SaturdayWeekend Shift Friday–Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM $21.75/hourWhat You'll DoAs a Seasonal Production Assembler, you'll perform a variety of assembly operations to construct custom seating products and components.Your day may include:Assemble products by placing parts in the specified sequence using bolts, clips, screws, staples, glues, and cementsUse air-powered and battery-powered tools to complete assemblies according to work instructionsPackage completed seats and finished componentsRotate between workstations as production needs requireWork on different seating models and adapt to different assembly operationsRead and follow written work instructionsUse computer systems to look up work instructions, cross-reference part numbers, check inventory, and reference production informationMaintain quality and production standardsFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesWork cooperatively with team members and supervisorsPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForYou don't need prior manufacturing experience. We're willing to train the right people.
