Key Responsibilities:
As an LPN at Park Ave Extended Care Facility, you will:
- Perform nursing functions within the scope of your LPN licensure.

Position Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- Current license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New York.
