ServiceNow Asset Management Engineer

Job Description Copilot said: Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow IT Asset Management Engineer for one of our retail clients in Katy, TX. This person will serve as the technical owner of the organization's ServiceNow IT Asset Management platform, with a focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and Software Asset Management (SAM Pro). They will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise asset management solutions that support the full asset lifecycle, from procurement through retirement. This individual will partner closely with IT, Information Security, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure asset data accuracy, governance, compliance, and cost optimization across the enterprise. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph, with a proven track record of building scalable, automation driven solutions that improve asset visibility, reduce risk, and support business objectives across a large multi site retail environment. This is a fully onsite position, with half-day Fridays, and the salary will range from $115,000 to $120,000, annually, based on experience.
