HVAC Lead New Residential Installer (Bring Your Helper!) - Up to $30K Longevity Bonus

Aire Serv of Northeast Ohio is hiring an experienced HVAC Lead New Residential Installer to drive top-tier installations for new home builds and new residential construction projects. Compensation & Core Perks

• Base Pay: $35.00 - $40.00/hour (for 4+ years lead experience; pay commensurate for lesser experience). Paid weekly.
• The $30,000 Longevity Bonus: Earn an extra $30,000 over 4 years through escalating quarterly payouts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute complete end-to-end HVAC system installations for new residential builds, covering rough-in, sheet metal work, line-set runs, and trim-out phases.
• Direct and mentor your helper on-site to ensure work is completed to code, on schedule, and up to safety standards.
• Install residential split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, ventilation, and controls to exact manufacturer specifications.
• Perform system start-ups, evacuation, charging, 240V/24V control wiring, and full commissioning on newly built homes.
• Maintain clear communication with job site superintendents, dispatch, and the Installation Manager via ServiceTitan.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Experience: 4+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, with direct focus on new residential construction setups.
• Technical Mastery: Strong command of blueprint reading, ductwork modifications, brazing, refrigerant handling (EPA Certification required), and combustion setup.
• Schedule: ~45-50 hours per week (~7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) with occasional weekend requirements. Shop check-ins twice weekly (Tuesdays/Thursdays at 7:30 AM).
• Requirements: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, background check, and pre-employment drug screening.
