I’m excited to share that our team at PNC Bank in Kettering, Ohio, is growing! We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and client-focused individual to join us as a Full-Time Teller. At PNC, we believe banking is about more than transactions. It’s about building relationships, understanding our clients’ needs, and helping them move forward financially. What You’ll Do * Provide welcoming, professional, and personalized service to every client.

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong operational controls.
• Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and understanding clients’ financial needs.
• Proactively identify opportunities to better serve clients by reviewing their existing banking relationships, recognizing potential needs, and making appropriate recommendations and referrals to branch bankers.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, products, and resources that make managing their finances easier.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver seamless service and contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.
• Uphold PNC’s commitment to integrity, risk management, security, and operational excellence.

Prior banking experience is not required! * Base salary range: $30,000–$50,000, depending on qualifications and other factors.
