We are currently seeking a Nursing Assistants (NA).FT and PRN openings
Days: 6a-6p
Nights-6p-6a
Weekend rotations
Job Responsibilities and Duties:- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Ensure proper hygiene practices are consistently followed
- Monitor and record vital signs; report significant changes to nursing staff
- Support patient mobility, including safe transfers from beds to wheelchairs
- Serve meals to patients
- Assist in urgent care situations with quick thinking and effective communication
- Engage with patients, providing empathetic and individualized support
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
