Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Hope Network seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide person-centered ABA services for individuals with disabilities and complex behavioral needs. The BCBA will complete assessments, design data-driven behavior intervention plans, and supervise behavior technicians. In this collaborative, mission-driven team, you’ll partner with families and interdisciplinary clinicians to promote independence and skill development. The role includes staff training, progress monitoring, and ensuring ethical, evidence-based care while supporting Hope Network’s vision of inclusive, empowered communities.
