Seeking a California Licensed Labor Attorney with at least three years of labor & employment litigation experience, the fully remote position offers part-time or full-time opportunities and involves assisting with case workup tasks for California-based labor & employment matters. Key Responsibilities Perform work related to California-based labor & employment litigation matters Handle pre-litigation evaluations, pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and other case workup tasks Manage assignments efficiently, communicate proactively, and deliver high-quality legal work within established deadlines Required Qualifications 3+ years of labor and employment litigation experience Active license to practice law in California and good standing with the California State Bar Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with attorneys, clients, and legal support teams Excellent academic credentials and outstanding professional references
