You'll play a key role in creating unforgettable member experiences while helping grow our community. Responsibilities Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism Build meaningful relationships with current and prospective members Conduct club tours and introduce prospects to our programs Help individuals find membership options that fit their goals Assist with membership sales and retention efforts Support social media and local community engagement initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment Deliver exceptional customer service across all interactions Collaborate with trainers and teammates to create an amazing member experience Who We're Looking For You're someone who: Loves fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed Thrives in a boutique fitness environment Naturally connects with people and builds trust quickly Brings positivity, empathy, and strong communication skills Is reliable, professional, and accountable Enjoys working toward sales and membership goals Wants to grow personally and professionally Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a fitness, health club, or related customer-facing environment Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all Understanding of current sales and customer engagement practices High School Diploma or GED required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and move throughout the day Comfortable working in an active fitness environment About TITLE Boxing Club TITLE Boxing Club is one of America's leading boxing fitness franchises, delivering high-energy boxing and kickboxing workouts in modern, welcoming clubs nationwide.
