We are currently seeking a Cook/Kitchen Staff Member to contribute to the preparation, cooking, and presentation of delectable meals in our professional kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare all food items served, ensuring high-quality standards. Plan food production to align with meal serving hours for timely service. Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portion sizes. Follow standard recipes and accommodate special diet orders. Safely and efficiently operate standard kitchen equipment. Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes to maintain a hygienic kitchen environment. Assist in weekly inventory tasks for efficient stock management. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances to ensure optimal functionality. Qualifications / Requirements Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or related fields. Knowledge of kitchen equipment and proficient cooking techniques. Strong attention to detail to maintain culinary excellence. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tasks efficiently. Team-oriented with excellent collaborative skills.
