Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Roseville, CA
Shift: 6am - 2pm / Monday - Friday - OT optional
Pay: $20/hr
Job Description

As a Forklift Operator, you will be an integral part of supporting critical industries such as commercial aerospace, defense and space, automotive manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.
Responsibilities

• Pick orders using paper pick sheets.
• Receiving orders / SAP experience is a plus
• Operate stand-up reach lifts and sit-down forklifts.
• Wrap pallets using the pallet wrapping machine.
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift.
• Receive comprehensive training to ensure safety and proficiency in forklift operation within 2-4 weeks.
• Cross-train in all warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, and order picking.

Essential Skills

• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• At least 1 year of experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills, with experience in warehouse management systems preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners is a plus.
• Demonstrated motivation for career advancement.
• Ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs safely.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roseville, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
