• No Saturday or evening hours
• We actually pay you .3hrs for Multi-Point inspections and.2hrs for Video's. That's.5 hours on every vehicle
• We pay a 3% year end bonus $$$$$
• We offer a Tiered Flat Rate Bonus. 45 to 49.9 = $1.00 extra per hour retro back to the first hour, 50 to 54.9 = $2.00, 55 to 59.9 = $3.00 and 60 hours and up additional $4.00 per hour
• We also offer additional $2.00 per hour on internal engine work and electrical diagnostic and repairs, additional $3.00 per hour for transmission repairs and diesel repairs
• For GM Technicians, we are part of the GM Technician Excellence Program which means an extra $2,000 to $6,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of jobs
• Must have PA State and Emissions License
• Must have valid PA Drivers License
