Right at Home in Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky is a non-medical in-home care company that needs caregivers, like you! Come see why our caregivers love working with us!

Pay: $15-$17/Hour

Shift Need: We offer full and part-time hours, all shifts available including shifts on weekdays and weekends

Location: We serve all of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky

Caregiver Benefits: (All benefits paid at 90 days!)

Weekly pay on Fridays with daily pay option via TapCheck
PTO (after 90 days, 40 hours full time/20 hours part time)
Up to $250 referral bonus
401K (after a year)
Insurance options (health, vision, dental, life, cancer plan, and short-term disability)

Training and professional development
CPR/First Aid
STNA renewal
DSP training/medication administration training, dementia training, etc.

Caregiver Requirements:

1 year of professional caregiving experience under RN/LPN supervision in an agency/facility within the past 2 years OR the completion of a CNA, STNA, MA, or DSP certification
At least 18 years of age
A valid driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance
Willing to travel to clients
Willing to submit to a background check and drug screening

Caregiver duties:

Companionship and emotional support
Personal hygiene
Ambulation/transfers
Dressing/shaving
Meal prep, light housekeeping, transport to appointments or go on errands
