Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience providing speech-language services in a school environment
• Comfortable working across multiple campuses and collaborating with staff
• Ability to supervise and support an SLPA
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students in line with best practices and district guidelines
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress, participate in IEP meetings, and maintain accurate records
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student outcomes
• Supervise and provide mentorship to an assigned SLPA
• Adapt to a flexible, hybrid schedule with on-site and remote service delivery
