- Rise & shine: Open the gym at 5:45 a.m.
- Be the first face: Handle check-ins & class bookings with a smile
- Guide & inspire: Help members use equipment safely and effectively
- Lead the charge: Teach fitness sessions & track member progress
- Keep it clean & safe: Maintain a sparkling, welcoming facility
- Stay connected: Answer calls and assist members of all ages
- Check it out: Routine locker room & sauna inspections
- Coach the team: Assist with staff training
- Spread the energy: Create a positive, motivating environment for everyone
- You've got (or can get) your First Aid & CPR certification within the first month.
- You bring 6 months to a year of experience leading fitness programs, plus a solid understanding of fitness equipment and workouts.
- Whether it's through training, education, or hands-on experience, you've got the skills to shine in this role.
- 18 or older and can lift 100 lbs. like a champ!
