About the Role As a Director, Product Management, you’ll be responsible for managing the lifecycle of new products and services. You’ll develop and implement operational frameworks, assess client and industry needs, and create business cases and supporting documentation for new product opportunities. This is a highly collaborative role where product planning, client service, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication go hand in hand. Key Responsibilities Define, develop, and implement standard operational frameworks for products Manage the lifecycle of new products and services Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to assess client and industry needs Develop business cases and supporting documentation Collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders across the organization Help resolve customer service disruptions quickly and effectively Identify challenges and recommend process improvements Manage multiple priorities and meet assigned deadlines Make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate a strong commitment to company objectives Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Need Skills: Strong presentation, communication, analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills Experience: At least five years of relevant professional experience Collaboration: Experience working across teams and communicating with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools Organization: Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines Adaptability: Ability to multitask, shift priorities, and work effectively under pressure Decision-Making: Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate challenges and make sound decisions Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Personal Attributes: Collaborative, client-focused, organized, and committed to company objectives What Success Looks Like Effective management of new product and service lifecycles Well-developed business cases and supporting documentation Strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams Product frameworks that support consistent and effective execution Timely resolution of challenges and customer service disruptions Continuous identification of process-improvement opportunities We Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package Including Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability insurance, basic life insurance, and supplemental insurance for employees and their dependents Retirement: Eligibility to enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan with match contribution Paid Time Off: Employees receive two weeks of vacation leave per year, or 80 hours annually Holidays: 10 paid holidays per year and two paid floating holidays per year Sick Leave: Five paid sick days per year Tuition Reimbursement: Financial assistance to support your career development Work Environment This role operates within a normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature extremes, or similar conditions.
