Knowledge in the development of application standards, architecture products, artifacts, and standardization processes

Knowledge and experience in the provision of expert advice or consulting services on enterprise architecture issues

High level of creativity and lateral thinking

Good knowledge of one or more areas of architecture practice

Ability to provide training, coaching support for architecture projects

Ability to visualize and create high-level models (rigorous information-rich diagrams), ability to extend and mature the business architecture

Exceptional communication skills and ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization (this includes written and verbal communications, as well as visualizations)

Ability to act as liaison conveying information in suitably accurate models between the business unit and their counterparts within Information Technology

Self-starter with the skills to lead a team

Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills

Ability to work directly with clients and management without supervision and to facilitate and navigate discussions with stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritization, and consensus

Ability to work with different points-of-view and lead the team to convergence, while always keeping the project objectives in sight
