Developer Relations / Technical Content Lead New York City | 5 days in office About the Role My client is an early-stage, high-growth technology company building tools for modern, API-first teams. They are looking for a technically strong, builder-minded individual to help create an exceptional developer experience from first touch through long-term adoption. You’ll work closely with founders, early team members, and customers. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who genuinely enjoys teaching, writing, and building tools that make other developers’ lives easier. You will play a key role in shaping how developers understand, adopt, and succeed with the platform. What You’ll Do Become a subject matter expert on the platform and own the developer experience end to end Write high-quality technical content including documentation, tutorials, and real-world use cases Create and maintain clear, accurate, and developer-friendly docs Record educational walkthroughs, demos, and short-form video content Build demo applications and sample integrations to showcase product capabilities Partner with customers, support, and product teams to identify friction points and turn them into helpful resources Support and grow the developer community through thoughtful engagement About You Excellent written communication skills, particularly in technical writing Comfortable explaining complex concepts clearly and concisely Energized by helping developers solve real problems Excited to take ownership and build processes from the ground up Comfortable creating videos, demos, and educational content Prior experience in Developer Relations, technical documentation, or technical content roles is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
