About the Role
The Company is in search of a Market President to lead one of the Midwest's premier media markets. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, strategic, and revenue-driven executive with a proven track record in media, advertising, or a related industry. As the senior leader for the market, the Market President will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing talent, and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a leader who can foster a high-performance culture, create innovative marketing solutions, and build strong client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community involvement, client success, and employee development, and will be adept at balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution. Key responsibilities for the Market President include providing overall market leadership, creating and executing market-specific sales strategies, and maintaining full responsibility for the market's financial performance. The role also involves talent development, including recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing sales professionals and department leaders. The candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing, integrated media solutions, and consultative selling strategies, and be experienced in managing budgets, forecasting, and overall business performance. Outstanding leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to represent the company throughout the community and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
