Providence Health and Services – Seward, AK Position: Physical Therapist (Full Time, Day Shift, 40 hours per week) Job Summary: Develops, coordinates, and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patients/families. Provides care to inpatients, outpatients, home health clients, and long‑term care residents, ensuring compliance with hospital standards and guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association and federal and state regulations. Collaborate with team members to plan and provide care, ensuring compliance with hospital standards and guidelines from the American Physical Therapy Association and federal/state regulations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Master's Degree, or Ph.D. in Physical Therapy. Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Experience and credentials in specialty sub‑fields.
