HR Recruiting Administrative Assistant - Primoris Energy Services

Job Overview:This role provides administrative support to the HR Recruiting team, assisting with various tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process for Primoris Energy Services. Position is located in Pearland and will be in office.Job Responsibilities:**Schedule interviews, send calendar invitations, and coordinate logistics for candidates and hiring managers.Prepare and send offer letters, new hire paperwork, and background check initiation requests.Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and completeness.Assist with the creation and posting of job requisitions on various platforms.Respond to candidate inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional assistance.Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire packets and coordinating initial new hire activities.Assist with data entry and report generation related to recruiting metrics.Manage and organize recruiting-related documentation and files, both physical and electronic.Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and ordering office supplies for the recruiting team.Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.Job Qualifications:**High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably within an HR or recruiting department.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented approach.Company Overview:Primoris Energy Services is a major direct-hire contractor in the U.S. delivering self-performed turnkey industrial construction and EPC services.
