Job TitleJob DescriptionPrimary Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for generating and releasing work orders and maintaining production schedules in the MRP systemSupport production planning activities including schedule updates, material tracking, and inventory monitoringReview and maintain BOM accuracy and support implementation of engineering changes (ECOs)Monitor production status, material availability, and assist in resolving shortagesGenerate and maintain planning, inventory, and production reportsCoordinate with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and customer service to support production flowMonitor manufacturing yields, Lead Time, Safety stock, Shrink %, and Work Order VarianceFacilitate communication of, and resolution to, PO and material issues in VietnamReview production status and capacity issues with manufacturing supervisorUpdate on time deliveries, misses, reasonsEducation & Experience0–3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, supply chain, or manufacturing environmentAssociate's degree required; BA/BS degree preferred in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field requiredSkillsStrong organizational and attention to detail skillsStrong interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional team environmentBasic understanding of MRP/ERP systems (Oracle experience a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office toolsWork with a high standard of ethics, professionalism, and competencySelf-motivated with good time management skillsWorking ConditionsNormal office environment with frequent interaction with manufacturing areasAbility to work in a fast-paced, high mix / low volume production environmentPhysical RequirementsAbility to remain in a stationary position for extended periodsAbility to operate a computer and standard office equipmentAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with team membersSafety RequirementsAll employees are required to attend scheduled training, follow the site EHS procedures and Corporate EHS standards. This includes the use of proper protective equipment (PPE) as required by the job responsibilities.Managers will ensure that all safety and environmental procedures are followed consistently.
