Adult & Paediatric Crisis Worker - Lincolnshire - Bank Location: Spring Lodge SARC, Lincoln, LN2 4DR. Salary: Retainer rates - from £45.84 to £60.36 (per 12 hour shift, day and night shift dependent). The attendance payment is £16.01 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours per case. Shift Patterns : 12 hour shift pattern, retainer and call out 8am-8pm & 8pm-8am. 24/7 rota coverage; 365/6 days per year.
