Assistant General Manager Opportunity | NYC Luxury Dining
I'm partnering with a high-profile, fine dining, NYC dining destination to recruit a hands-on Assistant General Manager. This is a rare opportunity to take a leadership role in a luxury-focused, high-volume restaurant known for exceptional service and attention to detail.
What You'll Do:
- Support daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and superior guest experiences
- Lead, coach, and develop FOH team members to deliver professional, polished service
- Assist in managing P&L, labor, and operational budgets
- Partner with senior management on strategic initiatives and operational improvements
- Maintain brand standards and drive a culture of excellence and accountability
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an AGM, Assistant Manager, or similar in a high-end or luxury restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional guest service, problem-solving, and operational execution
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and labor
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Up to $130,000
- Bonus: 10% performance-based
