We are seeking friendly, dependable, and professional Event Bartenders to join our team for weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, and special events. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced event environment.

This position requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining responsible alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to event specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the event.
• Process cash and electronic payments when applicable.
• Restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, and bar supplies.
• Set up and break down bar stations before and after events.
• Monitor guest consumption and report any concerns to event management.
• Follow all local and state alcohol service regulations.
• Work collaboratively with event staff to ensure a successful event experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible event schedules.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bossier City ABO
• Experience with weddings, banquets, catering, or event bartending.
• Knowledge of mixed drinks, beer, wine, and cocktail preparation.
