Site Supervisor
Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee a security team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of management principles. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that tasks are completed on time, and all shifts are covered at all times. This role requires effective communication with contractors, team members, to facilitate smooth operations on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations on the security site, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security officer on your site.
- Implement safety protocols by OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Foster a collaborative environment by communicating effectively with all security staff and the client. All supervisors are required to cover all shifts in case of call off or emergency.
