Eurofins companies offer a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.In 2021, Eurofins generated total revenues of EUR 6.72 billion, and has been among the best performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 years.Job DescriptionEmployee Responsibilities:Support the analytical testing for process developmentChemical labeling of biological samples, HPLC separation, and data analysisPreparing buffers, packing columns, setting up, sterilization, sampling, and cleaning of systemsDocument laboratory activities electronically and enter process data into database.Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairsBe responsible for following safe laboratory practices and for maintaining the work area in a clean orderly and safe mannerQualificationsThe Ideal Candidate would possess:Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skillsExcellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitudeAbility to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policiesExperience in the analysis of therapeutic proteins using various UPLC and HPLC Techniques including IEX, SEC, HIC and RP.Experience performing benchtop operations and pipetting small volumes.Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail, hands-on capability, ability to learn quickly and be a self-starterAbility to work independently as well as be a strong team player to meet program needsSelf-motivation, adaptability and a positive attitudeThe candidate must have effective documentation skills with the ability to author internal technical reportsExperience with Microsoft Word and Excel is required, and experience with Empower is highly preferred.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experienceMinimum of 1-2 years GMP related laboratory experienceAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional InformationPosition is first shift, full-time with overtime as needed.
