Technical Project Manager

Job Description Minimum 5 years of IT experience. Technical Project Management Working knowledge of Service Now as a tool and good reporting skills Strong reporting skills in Service Now and Xls Strong Communication Skills Good to Have – Patch management skills and Change management knowledge Day to Day Activities Manage change record review on behalf of the product change review board; Document, guide, training, and mentor product teams on the change process; Facilitate product change review board meeting and representation at enterprise meetings; Manage product change metrics and follow up with enterprise change enablement and product teams on change related issues; Gather requirements and manage data for patching and vulnerability remediation. Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. We are looking for someone with required experience with the following: Highly developed detail oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Excellent skills in gathering and reporting of requirements, data, metrics, and processes; Query and/or automation skills (e.g. SQL, JQL, Ansible, Puppet or similar) We are looking for someone with preferred experience with the following: Reporting and analysis using ServiceNow or similar; Agile framework roles (e.g. scrum master, agile project manager); Dashboard creation and analysis of data sets; Database query creation and optimization in various platforms (e.g. Postgres, Snowflake, MS SQL, Oracle); Supporting infrastructure projects and processes; Understanding and supporting ITIL processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
