Job Title: Oracle Exadata DBA
Location: Minneapolis, MN Onsite
Duration: 6 months
Experience:8-10 Years Job description: Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and administer Oracle databases on Exadata platform.
• Perform installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Exadata systems.
• Monitor database performance and optimize for high availability and scalability.
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Troubleshoot complex database issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Ensure security compliance and manage user access controls.
• Collaborate with application teams for database design and performance tuning. Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in Oracle Database (11g/12c/19c) and Exadata architecture.
• Hands-on experience with RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and Golden Gate.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning techniques.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and shell scripting.
• Experience with capacity planning and migration projects
