Leading community fundraising initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Community Fundraising will manage peer-to-peer and endurance race programs, oversee large-scale fundraising events, and drive strategic growth while collaborating with various teams to enhance donor engagement and support mental health advocacy. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the community fundraising team, focusing on strategic vision and program growth Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale fundraising events, ensuring financial targets are met Manage cross-departmental projects to engage community partners and enhance fundraising efforts Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or related fields 3+ years of supervisory experience in team management Proven event planning and management experience, particularly in peer-to-peer fundraising Demonstrated success in securing sponsorships or contributions of $10,000 or more Familiarity with Salesforce or similar databases and project management tools
