Your Role: As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Leading and supervising a team of 15 - 20 restaurant employees during each shift. Reporting directly to the General Manager / District Manager. Ensuring all operational results meet company standards for each shift. Requirements: Minimum Age: Must be at least 18 years old. Education: High School Diploma required; working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred. Experience: At least 1 year of management experience in a service‑oriented setting with full P&L responsibility. Training: Completion of Restaurant Manager training and Food Safety certification is required within the first 60 days of employment. Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, self‑starter who takes initiative, and a willingness to accept responsibility. Mathematics: Basic math skills are essential (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk approximately 85%-95% of your shift, move throughout the restaurant, and lift and carry weights between 10-65 lbs.
