Job Overview:

We seeking a Professional Structural Engineer , P.E. licensed in the State of Florida, to become the Director of Engineering Department . The candidate should have extensive hands-on structural design experience who can manage projects, lead our engineering team, and work directly with clients.

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of Florida
\n
• Minimum 25 years of experience in structural engineering and management
\n
• Strong hands-on experience in structural analysis and design
\n
• Experience using ETABS and other structural engineering software
\n
• Experience managing projects and leading or coordinating engineering staff
\n
• Good written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Comfortable working directly with clients and handling project issues
\n
• Able to work independently and make engineering decisions
\n
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
