Bartender – Lakewood Ranch, Florida 34221 We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our team in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers according to recipes and standards. Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations on drinks and specials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils. Check identification to verify legal drinking age of customers. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly. Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide a positive customer experience. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Must be at least 21 years old and legally allowed to serve alcohol in Florida. Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
