Senior Business Systems Analyst – SAP MM/WM | REMOTE
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep SAP MM/WM expertise to lead critical supply chain and warehouse management initiatives within a large-scale healthcare distribution environment. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner closely with business stakeholders, warehouse operations teams, and offshore resources to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions that improve efficiency across the distribution network.

What You'll Do
- Lead SAP MM/WM projects from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare support
- Partner with business leaders and warehouse operations teams to identify process improvements and solution enhancements
- Drive functional design, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities
- Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support
- Analyze complex business challenges and provide scalable SAP solutions
- Develop functional specifications and work closely with ABAP developers on custom enhancements and integrations
- Support warehouse operations including inventory management, logistics, fulfillment, and distribution processes
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of SAP MM and Warehouse Management (WM) experience in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
- Strong expertise in procurement, inventory management, and warehouse operations
- Experience supporting inbound/outbound logistics, physical inventory, cycle counting, and distribution processes
- Hands-on experience with EDI, IDocs, and third-party warehouse (3PL) integrations
- Proven track record leading SAP projects from requirements gathering through go-live and post-production support
- Ability to partner directly with business stakeholders, warehouse operations teams, and offshore resources
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and functional support experience
- Experience developing functional specifications and collaborating with ABAP developers
