Feast BBQ Front of House Team Member
Join Feast BBQ and be part of a team delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, fun environment. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the first impression a guest as they take their bbq journey! This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a genuine, hospitable attitude.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide model customer service, manage guest complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with both Front and Back of House teams.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and work areas; stock and organize supplies.
- Complete daily opening, mid-shift, and closing duties.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and communication.
- Ability to answer questions and make menu recommendations.
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service guidelines is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands:
- Stand, bend, and move throughout shifts.
- Lift and carry up to 40 lbs; work in noisy and occasionally hot.
