Cross Country Education is seeking qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support K–12 students across school sites in the Los Angeles area for the 2026–2027 school year. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within special education teams while maintaining autonomy in providing behavioral services and interventions to students with behavioral goals outlined in their IEPs.
Position Overview
The BCBA will provide behavioral assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention strategies, and support students in achieving academic and behavioral success within school environments. Assignments may involve traveling between one or multiple nearby school sites, with efforts made to minimize commute demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments for students receiving special education services
- Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Collaborate with school teams, teachers, families, and related service providers
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians implementing behavior plans
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with IEP goals and behavioral documentation requirements
- Support positive learning environments across assigned campuses
Compensation & Benefits
- $58–66 per hour , on W-2 paid weekly via direct deposit
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Strong understanding of special education processes and behavior intervention strategies
