Registered Nurse (RN) - Interventional Radiology

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Interventional Radiology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interventional radiology and possess the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
• Assist with the insertion and management of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICC).
• Monitor patients' conditions and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices during procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation using EPIC.
• Float to other units as required to provide nursing support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with specific expertise in Interventional Radiology and bedside procedural skills.
• Experience with EPIC charting is required.
• Current certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support) are mandatory.

Work Schedule

This position operates during standard business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no on-call requirements.
