About the Role

As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Exterior Cleaning Services Division, including:

• Lead management and sales opportunities
• Estimating and proposal development
• Scheduling and production coordination
• Hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching team members
• Customer communication and relationship management
• Quality control and project oversight
• Equipment, vehicle, and inventory management
• Budgeting, KPI tracking, and profitability management
• Continuous improvement of systems and processes
• Business development and growth initiatives

You will work closely with the company's leadership team while maintaining accountability for the division's overall performance and growth.

Prior soft washing or exterior cleaning experience is helpful, but not required. We can teach the technical side of the business. We are looking for someone who can lead people, manage operations, drive growth, and create results.
