Job Title: RN - Cath Lab Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM Hours per Shift: 40 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS Provider, Advanced Life Support preferred Must-Have: BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire. Registered Nurse license obtained prior to hire. Description: Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Assess, prepare, and position patients for procedures. Perform conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring as necessary. Prepare, implement, and document the plan of care. Communicate the patient's condition to the physician before, during, and after procedures. Perform and facilitate diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures. Perform and set up equipment and supplies before, during, and after procedures.
