Paid vacation time, sick, and personal time.Employee uniforms provided.Strong Safety Culture, newer equipment, and excellent local leadership.Schedule:Tuesday-Sunday 6:30am start ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace and complete all required repairs on diesel reefer equipment (THERMO KING & CARRIER TRAILER REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS, Reefer Microprocessors, etc.).Perform preventative maintenance within manufacturer standards.Mentor other maintenance shop personnel.Receive road calls, assign third party vendor, and work with business partners on plan of action.Utilize fleet maintenance software system tablet to fully document equipment repair and parts used.Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations and government guidelines.Willingness and capacity to assume increased responsibility and certifications.Other duties as assigned by manager.SUPERVISION:N/ARELATIONSHIPSInternal: All Fleet Technicians, Drivers, Coordinators and Manager.External: Dealer Service Managers.WORK ENVIRONMENTOnsite: The associate in this role is expected to perform assigned responsibilities inside a US Foods maintenance facility.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must have 3 yearsof verifiable hands-on experience as a Fleet Reefer/Refrigeration technician.
