Real Estate Signing Specialist Opportunity
Demand for professional notaries in Dayton, OH continues to rise, and Certified Mobile Notary Service is answering it. We are hiring a Real Estate Signing Specialist to serve borrowers and clients throughout the region. RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve Dayton-area clients with precise notarial work: oaths, acknowledgments, signature witnessing, and certified copies, in person or via remote online notarization.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Active Notary Public commission or certification. Ability to clear a background check. Experience notarizing loan documents preferred. Professionalism, attention to detail, willingness to learn, composure under pressure, strong communication, and honesty.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection, a dependable computer with camera and microphone, a home-office setup, and reliable transportation with a willingness to travel throughout Dayton as needed.
PAYMENT: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
